1. 2 cups wheat flour
2. Salt

How To Make
Add salt to the flour and a little water to make a tight dough. The dough should not be too soft, the puri will soak up too much oil.
Now make small balls and roll them. Heat oil in a pan and fry the puri on medium flame. When the puri puffs up and turns light golden, take it out.

1 cup black kale chane (soaked overnight)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger
1/4 cup turmeric powder

How To Make:
First, boil the chickpeas in a pressure cooker for 3-4 minutes. Make sure the chickpeas become soft.
Now, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds to it. After the cumin seeds crackle, you can add KPG turmeric powder and a little ginger. now add the boiled chickpeas and salt. Add some water and cook for 5-7 minutes.

How To Make:
First, heat ghee in a pan. Add suji and fry it on medium flame. The suji should turn light golden in color and smell good, On the other hand, heat water. When the suji is ready, add water slowly and keep mixing continuously, otherwise lumps will form.
Now add sugar and mix. The halwa will start becoming a little thick. Finally, add dry fruits and turn off the gas.
