• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• 1/2 tsp red chili powder
• 2 tbsp corn flour (for coating)
• Oil for shallow frying
For the Gravy:
• 2 tbsp oil or ghee
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 2 tomatoes (pureed)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• 1/2 cup fresh cream
• 10-12 cashews (soaked and ground into a paste)
• 1/2 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup water
Step 1: Prepare the Stuffed Paneer
1. Mix grated paneer, cashews, raisins, coriander, salt, garam masala, and red chili powder in a bowl.
2. Take a paneer slice, spread some stuffing, and cover with another paneer slice to make a sandwich.
3. Coat the paneer sandwich with cornflour slurry and shallow fry until golden brown. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Gravy
1. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
