Mixed Vegetable Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped potatoes
½ cup green peas
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp oil or ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds

Instructions:
Prep the Veggies:
Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Parboil or steam them lightly until half-cooked. Set aside.
