Mix Veg Sabji is a simple North Indian-style curry made by mixing a variety of vegetables like carrots, beans, potatoes, peas, cauliflower, and capsicum. The vegetables are lightly sautéed and simmered in a spiced gravy that uses everyday Indian masalas, and that's where the magic lies. If you’re someone who believes the soul of Indian food lies in its masalas, you’re right. And nothing brings that soul to life like KPG Masale.
