Step-by-Step Method

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
Soak rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds for 6–8 hours. Grind to a smooth paste, add salt, and ferment overnight until airy and bubbly.

Step 2: Make the Potato Filling
